In this advanced webinar for attorneys, financial neutrals, and mental health professionals we will delve into complex financial topics related to alimony, child expenses, unique assets, and property division, including managing the often-emotional subtexts of these issues for clients. Participants will learn how to leverage Family Law Software to quickly create and present financial resolutions all while exploring the intersection of financial and emotional dynamics in family law cases. This course will focus on using technology to quickly calculate the impacts to each family household and use software to create multiple scenarios to review with clients in the collaborative process. Attendees will see live software demonstrations showing the different possible outcomes to families and use technology to efficiently negotiate family law cases. This course will also explore the emotional impact of the financial decision-making process in the highly charged setting of family law cases.
The software highlighted in this presentation will be Family Law Software. Family Law Software is the leading program specifically designed for divorce professionals and family courts nationwide. Thousands of divorce professionals use FLS technology to help their clients calculate child support; prepare financial forms for the court; value defined benefit pensions; divide assets; and create financial projections to help clients consider alternatives and understand the implications of their decisions in their family law cases.
